A filter maintenance program consists of complete cleaning
of the return air ducts, housings, coils and blowers. This also includes
repairing and encapsulating insulation. This will be done on a annual
basis with an exception of the coils, they will be cleaned twice a year.
The existing filters being replace with new ones, engineered with Intercept
Antimicrobial which improve indoor air quality. They are EPA registered
and environmentally safe. These filters inhibit microorganisms documented
to affect indoor air quality. The filters will be replaced every two
to three months, depending on conditions.
